Victor J. Rosario is not a career politician. He is a builder. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and raised with a multicultural upbringing, Victor came to Miami-Dade County and got to work — not in boardrooms, but in the field. From banking floors to nightclub operations, from Coast Guard service to blockchain system design, he has spent decades learning how systems actually function from the inside out.
He is an entrepreneur, technologist, systems architect, AI strategist, marketing expert, artist, and United States Coast Guard veteran — and the founder of the coaching practice behind this platform. Built from the ground up
Victor began his career as a messenger and advanced steadily to Junior Executive — earning responsibility the hard way, by showing up, mastering systems, and delivering under pressure. His leadership roots were forged in heavy industry and infrastructure at Puerto Rican Cement, where the work demanded discipline, safety, and real-world decision-making every day. There he managed quarry and heavy-equipment activity, coordinated logistics, and enforced safety-critical standards across teams.
He served as supervisor at Project Orquídeas in Vega Alta before advancing to upper management at the executive offices in Guaynabo. On the commercial side, he drove phone sales to construction projects and hardware stores across Puerto Rico while coordinating loaded trucks and cement-pallet logistics, and handling waybills, payments, and credits — gaining full command of the pipeline from order to delivery. He also earned certification as an explosive technician with ICI Explosives USA, reinforcing a career-long commitment to regulated, safety-first execution.
United States Coast Guard
Before building businesses and designing digital systems, Victor answered a higher call. He served in the United States Coast Guard, where he built discipline, operational focus, real-world crisis-response experience, and a lasting commitment to protecting communities under pressure.

Victor has also spoken candidly that his service included a painful chapter — what he describes as abuse and retaliation by a former supervisor, and a failure of the systems around him to confront it. Built, not inherited
Victor's career has never followed a single lane. It has evolved deliberately across disciplines — from finance to infrastructure — each chapter adding a new layer of operational understanding. His foundation was built in banking, securities, and insurance, where he learned how trust is created, how decisions are made under risk, and how real outcomes come from disciplined processes.
Banking & securities — Wachovia / Wells Fargo
Victor served as a licensed banker with Wachovia and, after the merger, Wells Fargo. On the securities side he held the FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations — passing his qualification exams with scores of 97 and 93 (he did the studying and the homework) — working with NYSE- and Nasdaq-listed products and registered across Florida, North Carolina, and New York.
Insurance — United American Insurance
Victor held the State of Florida 2-15 Health & Life (Including Annuities & Variable Contracts) Agent License, advising clients on long-term care, accident policies, and annuities. At United American Insurance he rose to Unit Manager, leading a team and earning $20,000+ per month at his peak.
Victor is not currently licensed as a banker, securities representative, financial advisor, or insurance agent — but the experience remains. His Series 6 and Series 63 registrations and Florida 2-15 license reflect prior professional experience (2007–2011), not current registration. Registration history is public on FINRA BrokerCheck.
After 2011 — hands-on, self-taught
After 2011, Victor shifted from licensed finance into building. What followed was years of hands-on learning and real training in the field — hosting, engineering, IT and system administration, operations, and hospitality — where performance, reliability, and customer confidence are non-negotiable. Everything since has been built, not inherited.
Simply Digital Hosting LLC (SDH)
Victor's journey in hosting began with SDH — a foundational experience in VPS and infrastructure: virtual private servers, Linux environments, uptime management, performance tuning, and customer infrastructure. It taught him to think like an operator — provision correctly, secure systems, automate deployments, and maintain stability under pressure. At SDH he led SEO, translating his banker's understanding of trust and risk into disciplined, trust-first digital growth built on proof, performance, and repeatable systems.
Minecraft Server Deals (MSD)
In the early days of modded Minecraft hosting, the industry model was broken: running multiple modpacks meant buying multiple servers, and admins constantly canceled and re-ordered just to switch worlds. Victor (as "GUILTY TREX") identified the inefficiency and, with his best friend and engineering partner Derrick ("PCFREAK30"), pioneered a one-click modpack-switching system — buy one server and instantly choose from 80+ modpacks through a simple control panel. Victor was the inventor and product architect who defined the problem and the workflow; Derrick led the code. The concept reduced cancellations, improved retention, became a standard expectation in admin panels, and helped shape how the gaming-hosting industry approaches automation today. Victor also led the SEO that pushed the platform into 140+ countries.
